I have been thinking of starting a blog for some time, but between the drool, diapers, crying, being a wife and a full time job, when do I start?? Well, I found a minute and here we are...
I am a wife and a full-time working mom of two amazing kids, who also has a creative side. When I plan out an event, my goal is not to make everything symmetrical and big. I focus on the details, the story and the bigger picture. I love to be given a theme and create something that will be remembered because memories is what makes us and what keeps us going. I came up with SMLA Happy Events in the hopes that I can bring life to an idea and make an event that can bring happiness to someone. That's my style...that's me.
I wanted to share my creative side and see what can come of it. Since I can remember, I have always loved planning events and trips, which is strange considering I'm not big on being organized and knowing what's where. Ha! Yet, the thought of putting things together and coming up with a fun event or an exciting adventure, just gets the blood flowing! So, we'll see how it goes!
